The mottled blue undreglaze background provides the ideal setting for the raised design
of a Flowering Dogwood.(The raised effect has been acheived by an outlining technique
known as tubelining).The shiny colors of the design glimmer in the light, showing off
various glossy hues.Beautifully finished with a sometsuke design around the inside rim.
