1969 - Born 1993 - Graduated from the Art department of Kyoto Seika University  (specializing in sculpture)
1995 - Became apprenticed to Shigaraki potter Sawa Kiyotsugu (apprenticed for 8 years)
1997-  Held his private exhibition at Shigaraki Touen

           
2003 - Established his own kiln and became an independent potter

Held his kiln’s first private exhibition at Nagoya Mitsukoshi Department Store
He has also held exhibitions at the following venues:
