A very ornate sake cup in characteristic Kutani style. The interior is painted gold and the outer surface boasts a sumptuous raised design of golden grapes and leaves on a finely detailed aochibu (blue raised dots) background. The exact color is rather difficult to produce accurately. The dots are deep blue-green on a dark grey background.

Handcrafted in Ishikawa prefecture, Japan by Nakada Kingyoku. He is a Master craftsman recognized by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan and the recipient of many prizes.
