The design on this teapot is inspired by Katsushika Hokusai's Kazusa Sea Route, one of the iconic prints from Hokusai’s Thirty-six Views of Mount Fuji (富嶽三十六景　上総海路).
Hand-engraved by traditional Tokoname master craftsman 'Kodo', Master Craftsman recognized by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan and winner of various prizes.
The teapot is made by Tokoname craftsman, Fugetsu.
